At J Ulrich Reptiles, we stand behind the quality and health of our animals. We guarantee that all animals will be in perfect health upon arrival, with accurate genetics, correct sex identification, excellent feeding habits, and free from pests and defects. To assist you in caring for your Ball Python, we provide a comprehensive care sheet along with your new snake.
Shipping:
Shipping fees for most areas within the USA range from $45 to $85. To ensure a smooth shipping process, we will not ship your Ball Python until we have confirmed the order details and shipping address with you. It is essential that you are available to receive and sign for the delivery. Please note that we exclusively use FedEx for shipping, and we strongly recommend shipping to a FedEx hub. However, during the cooler months, we will only ship to a FedEx hub.
When shipping to a FedEx hub, it is necessary that you pick up your new snake within two hours of its arrival to uphold our guarantees. Please ensure the accuracy of the shipping information provided, as any incorrect details will nullify the guarantees. Shipping will only proceed in appropriate weather conditions.
Important Note:

Payment:
To make your purchase more convenient, we offer payment plans and flexible payment options. You can opt for a payment plan, with a minimum deposit of 25% of the purchase price. The order must be paid in full within two months. Please note that all deposits made are non-refundable but can be transferred to another Ball Python available for sale.
Full payment must be received before shipment or delivery of any animals. We accept various forms of payment, including PayPal, Apple Pay, CashApp, Credit Cards, and Crypto currency (please inquire for details).
Please be aware that credit card payments are subject to a 5-day holding policy before shipping. We will proceed with the shipment once the funds have cleared.
Returns:
Generally, we do not accept returns on live animal purchases, except in cases where the animal arrives deceased (DOA). However, it’s important to note that we do not accept DOA returns caused by shipping in temperatures below 40F or above 100F, or when shipping directly to your home instead of a FedEx Hub.
