Guarantee:
We guarantee our animals to be in perfect health upon arrival. We guarantee the genetics of our animals, that they are correctly sexed, feeding great and free of any pests/defects. You will receive a care sheet with your new snake that will help to guide you through setting up and caring for your Ball Python.
Payment:
We are happy to offer payment plans on purchases and work out flexible payment options. The minimum deposit is 25% and the order must be paid in full within 2 months. All deposits are non-refundable however are transferable to another Ball Python we have up for sale.
Payment must be received in full before shipment or delivery of any animals. We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal, Apple Pay, CashApp and Credit Cards. Additionally, we also accept Crypto currency (inquire for details).
Credit Card Payment are subject to a 5 day holding policy before shipping. Once the funds clear we will ship.
Returns:
We do not accept returns on live animal purchases unless the animal was DOA. If DOA was caused by shipping in Temps below 40F or above 100F or shipping directly to your home instead of a FedEx Hub, returns and guarantees are nullified.
