Additionally, each shipment includes a care sheet to guide you through the process of setting up and caring for your new Ball Python.
Shipping fees for most areas within the USA typically range from $45 to $85. However, we will only proceed with shipping your Ball Python after confirming the order and shipping address with you. Additionally, we require confirmation that you will be available to receive and sign for the delivery. We exclusively utilize FedEx for shipping and strongly recommend shipping to a FedEx hub. Please note that shipments to FedEx hubs are only available during cooler months. If your snake is shipped to a FedEx hub, it must be picked up within two hours of arrival; failure to do so will nullify our guarantees. Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer will also result in nullification of guarantees. Furthermore, shipping will only occur during appropriate weather conditions.
